Section 1 — Terms of Service
Business Information
Compass Digital PR is operated by Compass Digital PR LLC, a limited liability company based in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. Contact us at hello@compassdigitalpr.com.
Who We Are
Compass Digital PR is a digital marketing service operated by Marcus Alvarez through Compass Digital PR LLC, a limited liability company based in Puerto Rico. Through our PRime Hospitality service, we provide Google Business Profile management and reputation management services exclusively to restaurants and hotels in Puerto Rico.
What We Offer
Our core service is review generation and management: we install a review-generating system specific to your business and respond to every review, positive or negative, within 24 to 48 hours, guaranteed. As part of this service, your Google Business Profile is fully optimized and re-optimized monthly — categories, hours, photos, services or menu, amenities, and FAQ. The specific scope of services for each client is agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By engaging our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements and are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your business.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed in writing before any work starts. There is no setup fee for any client. Monthly retainers are invoiced at the start of each billing period. All fees are stated in US dollars.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time with no penalties. Some clients choose a 90-day commitment option; even under that option, there is no penalty for cancelling early. Any cancellation requires completing a short exit survey before the agreement ends. Upon cancellation, the system is deactivated and any records we hold on your behalf in your client file are made available to you upon request.
Your Data and Assets
Everything we manage on your behalf — your Google Business Profile, its content, photos, and configurations — belongs to you. Compass Digital PR acts as a service provider only and does not claim ownership over any client asset.
No Guarantee of Results
Digital marketing and reputation management results depend on many factors outside our control, including your property’s location, market conditions, staff compliance, platform algorithm changes, and the quality of your product or service. Compass Digital PR does not guarantee specific outcomes including but not limited to a specific number of reviews, a specific increase in revenue, or a specific search ranking. Our only guarantee is on response time and quality: if a review goes unanswered past the 24-to-48-hour window in a given month, you do not pay for that month. Past results from other clients are shared for illustrative purposes only and are not a guarantee of your results. Any projections or estimates we provide are based on reasonable assumptions and are not promises.
Prohibited Uses
By engaging our services, you agree not to misrepresent our work as your own, resell or sublicense any deliverable we produce without written consent, use our services for any unlawful purpose, or interfere with our ability to serve other clients.
Feedback and Testimonials
If you provide feedback, a testimonial, a review, or case study participation about our services, you grant Compass Digital PR the right to use that content for marketing and business development purposes. We will always ask before using your name or business name publicly.
Indemnification
You agree to hold Compass Digital PR and Compass Digital PR LLC harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or any claims made by third parties in connection with your business operations.
Limitation of Liability
Compass Digital PR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the amount paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Force Majeure
Compass Digital PR will not be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to hurricanes, tropical storms, extended power outages, flooding, earthquakes, other natural disasters, internet or platform outages, government actions, pandemics, or any other event that makes performance impossible or impractical. In the event of a force majeure situation, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and resume services when conditions allow. No penalties, refunds, or breach claims will apply during a verified force majeure period.
Survival
The following sections remain in effect after this agreement ends for any reason: No Guarantee of Results, Indemnification, Limitation of Liability, Feedback and Testimonials, and Governing Law.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Clients will be notified of material changes via email.
